Andsam Training aims to ensure that all students are provided with support to allow them maximum opportunity to participate in training and that individual needs are catered for by means of reasonable adjustment..
In the first instance students are to raise any issues, including matters relating to language, literacy and numeracy, during the registration process so that a course of action can be agreed upon.
Once training has commenced students are encouraged to discuss any issues with their trainer/assessor which should then be referred to the Principal to agree on a course of action.
