Andrew Schofield, B.A. (Hons) Geography, MQSA, Lead Auditor
Andrew has been consulting, training and auditing both nationally and internationally for over fifteen years. He specialises in the development, implementation and auditing of management systems to Standards including ISO9001 for Quality, ISO 14001 for Environment and the AQTF and CRICOS requirements in vocational education and training
Andrew has worked in industry sectors as diverse as transport, oil and gas, and food processing, in the United Kingdom, Europe, Australasia and South East Asia.
As a RABQSA International registered Lead Auditor of both Environmental and Quality Management Systems, Andrew has performed audits for clients in industry sectors including mining, telecommunications, printing and packaging and public utilities. As a contracted auditor for VETAB, he has also performed over 300 audits of Registered Training Organisations and Group Training Organisations since 2002.
Andrew is also the Director of his own RTO, ANDSAM TRAINING, specialising in management systems auditor training and has extensive experience of the design and delivery of training programmes and is a recognised lead presenter of RABQSA recognised Environmental and Quality Management Systems Auditor training courses.

Robert Crowe
Robert Crowe is a training consultant who has worked in the senior management roles in the private sector for over 15 years. He holds a Masters Degree in Business and has extensive management experience in production, business development, project management and the management of quality and environmental systems.
Robert specialises in the delivery of environmental and quality systems training and development of management systems from inception to external certification utilising his project management and broad business expertise in these areas to develop inclusive systems involving operational needs, risk management, compliance, management commitment and client needs.
As a Provisional Quality and Environmental Auditor with RABQSA International, Robert also has experience with the conduct of management systems auditing, the development and management of audit schedules and the training of internal audit teams.

Steven Molino BSc BE (Hons)
Steven is a principal of Molino Stewart and has been involved in environmental assessment, management, auditing and training for nearly 20 years. He has particular expertise in developing and auditing environmental management systems and is a registered associate environmental auditor with RABQSA International.
He is a qualified Certificate IV Trainer and Workplace Assessor with extensive knowledge of the waste, energy and water resource sectors.

Peter Stewart BE
Peter is a Principal of Molino Stewart and has 30 years experience in environmental management. He has worked extensively in the water, energy, agricultural and manufacturing sectors throughout Australia. When auditing or training he brings a wealth of practical experience in process control, testing, quality assurance, employee relations, change management, business management, impact assessment and pollution control.

Sam Brumale - B.Eng (Hons) Chemical, Masters in Engineering Science
Sam is the Principal of Brumale Consulting and has over fourteen years experience in environmental management, training, auditing, environmental impact studies and process engineering. He has worked on a range of projects for both the private and public sector in both a commercial and a research engineering capacity, in areas covering the chemicals industry, aluminium production and mineral processing industry.
Sam has also achieved certification as a Victorian Environment Protection Authority (EPA) Industrial Facilities Auditor, which requires Sam to carry out audits of industrial facilities on behalf of the EPA. The scope of these audits includes environmental management systems, environmental compliance and general performance.
